For a little more info malwarebytes seems to be stuck and wont do anything or even give error messages. Message 1 of SRV – ccProxy — C: Drive not present or media not loaded F: Hewlett-Packard Hlzid412 is aware of this problem and working as quickly as possible to make a solution available.
